He has held senior HR leadership roles with Bharti Airtel Foundation, Apollo Tyres, Electrolux and Su-Kam Power Systems, contributing across corporate and social sectors. is adept in reviewing, designing, developing and modifying HR systems and processes including re-structuring, level and grades, manpower optimization and efficiency, competency frame work, L&D roadmap, compensation benchmarking, engagement surveys and action plans, technology in HR, D&I intervention, hiring key, critical and leadership roles, retention strategy etc. Post superannuation, he partners with organisations to design and implement HR solutions that align people, performance, and purpose.
